The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region serves vulnerable populations such as at-risk children, the elderly, those with disabling and chronic illness, and people facing the end of life.
The Mission Act gives Veterans greater access to health care in VA facilities and the community, expands benefits for caregivers, and improves VA’s ability to recruit and retain the best medical providers.
A community-owned facility, the Chelsea Health Center building is also home to the Clara Martin Center, providing mental health help for people of all ages.
